An archaeological dig!

Class: Lower Key Stage 2: 'The Hedgehogs' Year: 2013 - 2014

During our waterproofs and wellies day we enjoyed doing an archaeological dig!

We discovered, examined and recorded our finds including a Roman coin, Victorian bottle, two pieces of broken pottery (which joined together!), part of a pestle and mortar, lots of pegs and even a plastic dinosaur!
